Yesterday Grandma took us to "The Square" in downtown Weatherford. Amber, do you recognize this building? For those of you who haven't visited, it's the courthouse.
We had lunch at The Chicken Scratch cafe and bistro. We all had a braised Cajun beef sandwich with smoked Gouda cheese on french bread, with a side of kettle chips or fresh fruit. Yummy!
The cafe was so cute; I just love small, cozy restaurants. They had these pretty flowers in tiny antique bottles.
After lunch we wandered around and browsed in a few of the shops. There were a lot of antique stores and some neat art shops.
We had a nice afternoon, and I hope to stop back in again when I can take more time to look at everything.
